Privacy Notice
SpeakerGen processes the information needed to turn your deck and script into a presentation video. This notice explains the launch service as currently operated.
Information we process
We process account details, workspace and project metadata, uploaded decks, images and videos, scripts, framework text, framework-review recommendations and decisions, generated narration, timing data, presenter training and consent recordings, digital-likeness outputs, render outputs, usage records, and security/audit events. If you connect ElevenLabs or OpenAI, we store the API credential encrypted and never return it to your browser.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, provide and secure the service, process media, analyse requested scripts and slides, generate requested narration and presenters, render outputs, preserve version history, enforce limits, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use private project content for advertising.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the web application and AI gateway, Neon provides authentication and PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare provides private object storage, workflows, and isolated media containers. When a workspace member requests mapping, visual understanding, or a framework check, Vercel's AI gateway routes only the required framework and project content to the selected model provider with retention and prompt-training controls requested where supported. ElevenLabs or OpenAI receives scene text when a workspace member requests narration with the corresponding connected account. Tavus receives expiring links to approved narration and, when custom training is requested, the submitted face-training and consent recordings. Lemon Slice receives an expiring link to the approved reference portrait and streams approved narration through a private realtime session when an image presenter is generated.
Retention and security
Private media is accessed through short-lived signed URLs. Provider credentials are encrypted or held as platform secrets outside browser clients. Source versions, accepted changes, framework decisions, audit events, and likeness-consent records are retained for recovery and accountability. Project content remains until you delete it or request account deletion; temporary and failed processing data is removed according to operational retention rules.
Your choices
You choose when to run a framework check and which script, slides, or combined presentation it analyses. You can archive projects and frameworks, disconnect provider credentials, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information. A custom digital likeness should not be submitted without the depicted person's explicit permission. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, or law.
