Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the SpeakerGen launch service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping credentials secure. You retain ownership of your content and grant SpeakerGen the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, analyse, and deliver it at your direction. You must have the rights and permissions required for every deck, script, framework, image, voice, video, face, and digital likeness you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use SpeakerGen to violate law, intellectual-property or privacy rights; impersonate people deceptively; create a digital likeness without explicit permission; distribute malware; bypass security or usage controls; or create abusive, fraudulent, or harmful material. Synthetic speech and presenters should be disclosed when context or applicable rules require it.

Connected services and charges

When you connect an ElevenLabs or OpenAI API key, voice usage is billed to that provider account under its own terms. Tavus and Lemon Slice presenter generation and optional AI mapping, visual analysis, and framework checks use metered provider capacity. Availability, pricing, and output from providers may change independently. SpeakerGen launch limits protect shared generation, storage, analysis, and render capacity and may be adjusted as the service evolves.

Outputs and review

Generated recommendations, narration, presenters, captions, mappings, and video may contain mistakes. Framework findings are proposals, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You choose whether to accept them and remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final presentation before publishing or relying on it.

Availability

The launch service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users, address misuse, or comply with law. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve project data and communicate material changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SpeakerGen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party services, or content published without appropriate review. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
